Spectacular Soundfront Retreat in Corolla

Our home offers 3500 sq ft of pure sound front perfection. The newly remodeled home offers our guests a clean, comfortable coastal getaway. We provide all linens and towels, we want you to come in drop your bags and enjoy! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: There are 2 comfortable master suites with King beds, ensuite bathrooms, and adjoining balconies. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed, balcony, and a shared bathroom. 2 bunk rooms that have a full, single, and trundle bed that can sleep 4 in each with a shared bath. KITCHEN: There is a full-sized, fully equipped open kitchen, We will provide all the tools so your family can prepare meals. OUTDOOR SPACE: The best part of family vacations on the Outer Banks is the water, enjoy stunning views of the sunset, and direct access to the sound. There is also a pool (open May to October), hot tub, BBQ, and some yard space for outdoor fun.

Hot tub: Any damage or extensive dirt and debris left in the hot tub will result in a $200 charge. Smoking anywhere near the house is strictly prohibited. If your party is found to be smoking there will be an additional fee incurred. The minimum age must be 25 years of age to book No house parties. If we find a party is happening at the home we have the right to ask you to leave and you will forfeit any type of refund. We do require a waiver to be signed if you choose to use the Kayaks. Please read the rules for use below: Assumption of Risk I understand that using a kayak on the sound involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: drowning, capsizing, weather changes, injury from wildlife, collisions with other vessels or objects, and other unforeseen hazards. I acknowledge that these activities can result in serious injury or death. 2. Condition of Equipment: I understand that I am responsible for inspecting the kayaks and related equipment (paddles, life vests, etc.) prior to use. I agree to report any damage or safety concerns and will not use the equipment if it appears unsafe. 3. Use Requirements: * I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. * I agree to wear a life jacket at all times while using the kayak. * I will not use the kayaks under the influence of drugs or alcohol. * I will only use the kayaks during daylight hours and in safe weather and water conditions. * I will not hold the property owners responsible for water or wildlife. 4. Waiver of Liability: I release and discharge the property owners, hosts, and any affiliated parties from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my use of the kayaks. This includes any loss, injury, or damages sustained while using the kayaks, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 5.. Responsibility for Damages: I accept full responsibility for any damage to the kayaks or property resulting from misuse or neglect. 6. Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency, I understand it is my responsibility to call 911 or local emergency services.

We do allow dogs (up to 2 max), we just ask that you pick up after them and do not allow them to chew the furniture or go in the pool. We are on a quiet cul-de-sac and ask that you respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
